Inbound Yoga is a course where you get to know many yoga related topics. Here you can also prepare to go on tour with us. Claudia is a highly competent teacher with vast experience.


Vision & Movement is based on yoga, music and different forms of bodywork such as feldenkrais and eutony. Relax like never before after a hard day's work and get rid of all your tensions! Free your mind and soul from stress and stage fright! Through rhythm it is possible to explore our own undiscovered creativity.


Our course in yoga philosophy gives you a comprehensive insight into the background and roots of all the yoga paths. In lectures (german) from the scriptures of Walter Eidlitz (Vaman das) all aspects and steps of the evolution of consciousness are described in a detailled, enriched and comprehensive way.
