Booking gateway Part 1

With our booking gateway we provide a fast and secure way to book a tour with us. Here in part 1 you need to enter all data necessary to make a booking. In part 2 we request personal data for (additional) travellers. In the last step you can pay online in various ways explained below.

All fields marked with * are mandatory. If you have no data for some fields, for example you apply for a new passport and therefore don't have the passport number, please follow the detailed instructions given below.

If you have doubts or questions about what to put in some fields you still can complete the booking and make your reservation. Please use the field "Your message" to send us a note and we will get in touch with you to complete the booking.

1. Personal Information

Please enter here your personal data as the one who books the tour.

"Booking person (you) will travel": Is this checkbox checked then you declare that you will be part of the travellers for whom you do the booking. If you do not take part in the tour, which means that you book for others, please uncheck this checkbox. In this case you are not required to enter birth date, nationality and passport number here.

"Surname" & "Name": Please enter your surname and name here exactly as they appear in your passport.

"Date of birth": Please enter your complete date of birth here. If you book for others you can leave these fields untouched (In this case please make sure to have unchecked the checkbox "Booking person (you) will travel"!).

"Street & number" & "Postal code & City" & "Country": Please enter your full address of your current residence here. All travel documents will be sent there.

"Telephone" & "Mobile" & "Email address": Please enter your contact information here. If you don't have date for some of these fields, for example you don't own a mobile phone, please enter "none". You are obliged to enter a valid email address.

"Nationality" & "Passport number": Please enter here your nationality and passport number. Nationality always refers to your passport, not to your birth place nor to your current residence. If you are not part of the travelling party you can leave these fields blank. (In this case please make sure to have unchecked the checkbox "Booking person (you) will travel"!). The passport number must belong to the passport used for the booked tour. If you cannot provide the passport number because you are applying for a new passport please enter "none".

2. Emergency contact

Please enter the data of a person we can contact in emergency cases here. All fields are mandatory here. If you cannot provide information for some fields, for example if your grandma doesn't have an email address, please enter none.

3. Tour data

"Where will you come from?": Please choose the place from where you want to fly to India. If you are not sure about this or your place of choice is not listed please choose "other".

"Date": Please choose here the date for which you like to book. If you wish a different date (private tour) or if you are not sure yet, please choose "other date".

"How many persons?": Please enter here for how many persons you book the tour in total. If you want to book for more than 10 persons, please contact us.

"Flight ticket included": If this checkbox is checked you declare bindingly that you book your flight through us. Details about booking flights through us you find in our terms for booking. ATTENTION! This Checkbox only counts for the above mentioned person who is booking the tour. This option you can check or uncheck separately for each of the other persons in part 2 of the booking gateway. If you as the booking person are not part of the travelling party please leave this checkbox unchecked.

"Single room": If this checkbox is checked you declare bindingly that you book a single room for you. Information about this you find in the tour description. ATTENTION! This Checkbox only counts for the above mentioned person who is booking the tour. This option you can check or uncheck separately for each of the other persons in part 2 of the booking gateway. If you as the booking person are not part of the travelling party please leave this checkbox unchecked.

"Ayurveda days": If this checkbox is checked you declare bindingly that you book the three additional days in an ayurvedic center for you. Information about this you find in the tour description.ATTENTION! This Checkbox only counts for the above mentioned person who is booking the tour. This option you can check or uncheck separately for each of the other persons in part 2 of the booking gateway. If you as the booking person are not part of the travelling party please leave this checkbox unchecked.

"Desired insurance": Here you can choose which insurance you want to book through us. We will book the insurance for you and send you the invoice and the insurance policy. We charge no additional fee for this service. ATTENTION! These Checkboxes only count for the above mentioned person who is booking the tour. These options you can check or uncheck separately for each of the other persons in part 2 of the booking gateway. If you as the booking person are not part of the travelling party please leave this checkboxes unchecked.

4. Additional information

"Your message": Use this field to send us anything you like to let us know. If you have doubts or questions about some fields you still can finish the booking and send us a note here. We will get in touch with you quickly.

"How did you get to know us?": Please tell us how you got to know about us (for example "a friend", Google Ad, Flyer)

5. Payment method

Currently we offer two payment methods. You can choose to pay the full amount minus 50 Euros discount per person (recommended) or the advance of 20% for reservation mentioned in our terms and conditions.

If you choose "PayPal" you will be lead to the payment gateway of PayPal after the booking process to make your payment in the way you know it. If you don't have an account at PayPal yet, you will be presented with an easy way to open one. With Paypal you also will be able to pay with your credit card using your PayPal account. More country specific information you find on the homepage of PayPal.

If you choose "bank transfer" you will be lead to the payment gateway of the service www.sofortueberweisung.de. This service you can use if you have a bank account in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands or Belgium as well as online banking access to it. Alternatively you will be presented with our national and international bank account details and payment details for making your transaction.

If you choose "other", we will get in touch with you to arrange the payment.

6. Spam protection

Please type in the four characters seen in the black field. That assures that the gateway is used by real human being and not by a program.

7. general terms and conditions, terms for travel and terms for booking

By checking this checkbox you agree to our general terms and conditions, terms for travel and terms for booking. This is necessary to make a valid booking.

8. The button "Submit"

By clicking on this button you send the form and book the tour bindingly. You then will be lead to the second part of the gateway, where you will be requested to type in the personal data of the (other) travellers, if necessary, or to pay.
